What does it cost?
Not released yet. There are no payment plans. Personal and travel agent accounts are the same in that respect. When the app is released, the site and the planner will state any payment plans before anything is charged.
Do you book the cabin?
No. Back2BackCruise finds and re-checks cabins; every Book link goes to the cruise line's own website, where the booking, payment and any hold happen under the line's terms. Nothing is reserved by finding it here.
Why can a cabin search take minutes?
Each leg is checked live on the cruise line's own site, at the party size you set, for every cabin. The planner does that leg by leg and shows which leg it is on. Searching for sailings is quick because the sailing lists are refreshed nightly; it is the cabin sweep that takes the time.
Which cruise lines are supported?
Five: Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line. No others. Holland America and MSC are not offered.
Which ships have an interactive deck map?
Princess Cruises: every ship. Celebrity Cruises: 20 of 21 ships. Royal Caribbean: 8 of 31 ships; on the others cabins are listed but not mapped. Carnival Cruise Line and Norwegian Cruise Line have no in-app map; a link opens the ship’s deck plan on CruiseMapper instead, for 31 Carnival and 20 Norwegian ships.
Does it work for three or more guests?
Yes. Set the party size in the voyage summary before the cabin check; every cabin is then checked at that occupancy, because a cabin open for two can be closed for four.
How current are the prices, and what do they include?
Prices are read from the cruise line's site when you search or re-check, in US dollars, per guest, exactly as the line publishes them. Whether taxes and fees are included is the line's choice. A search repeated within the day may reuse its earlier answer; Check availability always asks the line again. The final price is confirmed only at the line's checkout.
How does it know two sailings connect?
Two sailings connect when they are on the same ship and the first disembarks on the day the second embarks. Choose a first sailing and only the sailings that connect to either end of your chain remain, so every voyage you build is a genuine back-to-back.
What is the difference between a personal and a travel agent account?
Both get the full planner and saved trips. A travel agent account adds a Clients page: a book of clients with the voyages filed under each, and the ability to move or copy a saved voyage between clients.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Email support from the address on your account and a reset will be arranged. Automated password-reset emails are not sent yet.
What does a re-check report?
For the whole voyage: Cabin still open, Cabin no longer available, or Couldn't confirm. For each leg: Still open with the current price, Taken, No sailing, or Check failed when the line's site would not answer. Price movement since you saved is shown as a separate pill.
