For travel agents

Find the cabin once.
File it under everyone who wants it.

A client book beside the planner. Save a cabin under the client it is for, move it when plans change, or copy it onto a second client without re-planning the voyage. The planner finds and re-checks the cabin; the quote you send still comes from your own tools.

01The client book

Everyone you book for, with the voyages saved under their name.

Clients on the left — name, email, notes — and the chosen client with every voyage filed under them on the right. Search, add, edit, delete.

In the planner

Totals are in US dollars per guest, as the line publishes them, summed over the legs of the voyage.

02Filed under

Every saved voyage says who it is for — and can change its mind.

Filed under a client, or under Myself. Moving and copying never re-plans the voyage or re-checks the cabin; the chain, the price and the party size travel with it.

Save under a client

When you save a cabin, a picker asks who it is for. It can open a new client inline — the moment you find the cabin is exactly when the client who wanted it may not be on the books yet.

In the planner

Move between clients

Plans change. Move a saved voyage from one client to another and it leaves the first book entirely.

In the planner

Copy onto a second client

Two clients want the same cabin on the same chain. Copy it; both books hold it, and each copy re-checks on its own.

03The same planner

Nothing is taken away. The Clients page is added.

An agent account is the full planner — the four steps, the color code, saved trips — plus the client book. Availability checks, removal and Book links work on the Clients page exactly as on Saved trips.

Check availability

Ask every leg’s site again, live, at the saved party size before you go back to the client. Each leg reports Still open, Taken, No sailing, or Check failed.

Other cabins on a saved trip

Reopen a client's voyage and shop for a different cabin on those exact sailings — no need to rebuild the chain.

Book

Every leg links to the cruise line's own site. Booking, payment and holds happen there, under your agency's own arrangements with the line.

Open searches

Several searches stay open in tabs — one per client if you like — and survive leaving the page and coming back.

04Account type

Chosen at sign-up, changed only by an administrator.

Pick Travel agent when you create your account. Only an administrator can change it later, so choose the one that matches how you book. There are no payment plans for either account type; the app is not released yet.

Personal

Planning your own voyage

The full planner, saved trips under your own name, availability checks.
